# Abilities

The deities' abilities are diverse and adapt to different strategies and playstyles. During the game, you can activate them by paying gems, with a maximum of one activation per round. Learn to use them and combine them intelligently with other spells or magical abilities at key moments to defeat your opponent.

## Zeus: Ultimate Lightning

If your opponent's hero has 3 health points or less, you can end his life using an ultimate lightning.

## Poseidon: Colossal Wave

Creates a giant wave that sweeps away all water demons on the board, replacing them with new ones.

## Athena: Arcane Knowledge

You can cast all of your spells at a reduced cost of -2 units to the mana required to activate them.

## Hades: Resurrection of the Beasts

Resurrect your pet.

## Artemis: Lupine Protection

Grants +3 defense to 3 demons on the board.

## Aphrodite: Kingdom of Beauty

Exchange a Queen of Hell (Q) on the board you select for a card from your hand.

## Apollo: Dream Poem

All demons on the board enter a sleep state until the next round, meaning they cannot attack.

## Hephaestus: Forge Tongue

A tongue of fire grants +10 initiative points and +7 attack to fire demons on the board.

## Hermes: Celestial Letter

It lets you know if your hand combination is better than your opponent's. You can only activate it if there are 3 or 4 cards on the board.

## Dionysus: Ecstasy

Restores 5 morale points.

## Ares: Rain of Swords

A shower of swords deals 1-10 damage to each demon on the board.

## Hera: Divine Blood

Heals your hero for 10 health points.

## Demeter: Elemental Knowledge

Reveal the element of the next card that will appear on the board.
